Tucked away in the Watermill mall, next to SoulCycle, is the hidden gem Bistro Ete. Owned by a husband and wife team, it’s a Greek-French fusion and a favorite with locals. The cocktails are all delicious… the margarita can be made on a scale of one to ten while it’s hot (word for the wise: four is when you start to feel hot, ten is scorching hot), and escargot , duck wings confit, and zucchini spaghetti are all favorites. End your meal with homemade mint ice cream. You will not regret it! -Alexandra Macon

Once you’re seated, ideally with a view of the rolling lawn, order the kumquat ricotta. And if you really want the full experience, book a room or one of the neater cottages.-Lilah Ramzi
Sometimes, especially after a long weekend of socializing, you’re just in the mood for something casual — and, well, carb-y. Best Pizza and Dive Bar, located between Montauk and Amagansett, scores high. It’s a casual yet chic outdoor space perfect for families, where you can dine on a delicious white pizza with sweet onions or a meatball. And, if you like it, they have Wölffer Rosé available. -Elise Taylor
If you want to have a beautiful, unique and noisy afternoon or evening with friends to Sunset Beach on Shelter Island. During the day, this is the perfect venue for DJs and glamorous bands to enjoy.
