Reliance Jio suffers major outage

New Delhi: Reliance Jio went down in some parts of India on Wednesday as users reported problems with the network.

According to Down Detector, 56% of users report that they are having problems with their mobile Internet, 35% report no signal problems, and 9% mention problems with their mobile phones.

Users across the country have taken to social media platforms to complain that they cannot access the Jio network.

“@JioCare internet has been down since last night. Complaints cannot be registered on the Jio App and cannot be responded to by customer care. App says no issues,” one user tweeted.

“@jio @jiocare in jio network, I’ve been having problems for 1 week. lost life, dropped calls, lost voice After receiving a call”, one user said.

Cities that are facing outages are Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai, among others, according to Down Detector.
