San Francisco: Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk is set to oust Twitter lawyers earlier this week in a $44 billion takeover deal he terminated.

According to court filings, Benzinga reported, the removals are expected to take place from September 26 to 27 and could last until September 28 if needed.

The removal, before a full legal hearing on October 17 at Chancery Delaware Court in the US, will not be a public one.
