Jio Phone 5G spotted on Geekbench, to offer Snapdragon 480+ processor and Android 12 OS

Jio Phone 5G has appeared on Geekbench and we are wondering about the launch date of the smartphone. Reliance Jio has partnered with Google to produce smartphones. The smartphone has appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform with model number Jio LS1654QB5. The latest smartphone has been spotted by MySmartPrice.

Jio Phone 5G scored 549 points in the single-core round while in the multi-core segment it scored 1661 points.

Main specifications

According to the listing, Jio Phone 5G will be equipped with 4GB RAM. However, the smartphone may have some other variants along with it. The motherboard section mentioned ‘Holi’ which could mean that the smartphone will receive the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480+ SoC. As for the price, the smartphone will cost less than 12,000 RS and will be paired with Adreno 619 GPU.

Other specifications of the device have been revealed. The phone has a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display that offers a 90Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by 5000mAh and supports 18W fast charging. The device is expected to have at least 32GB of storage along with 4GB of RAM.

When it comes to the device’s camera, the Jio Phone 5G has an 8MP front camera along with a dual camera setup at the back. The rear camera includes a 13MP main sensor along with a 2MP macro lens. Key smartphone connectivity features include Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 802, etc. The smartphone offers a PragatiOS custom interface based on Android 12 out of the box.
