iQOO Neo 7 expected to launch on this date in China, expected to offer Dimensity 9000+ chipset

Smartphone maker iQOO has revealed the launch date for the upcoming smartphone iQOO Neo 7. The smartphone will be launched in China on October 20. Interestingly, the The specifications of the device are still unknown. We hope that the manufacturer will reveal more details about the device in the coming days.

It is expected that the smartphone will be equipped with the Mediatek Dimensity 9000+ chipset already present on Vivo smartphones. According to the teaser, it is confirmed that the smartphone will have a triple camera setup at the rear. While the two cameras are placed inside a circle, the third camera is placed outside along with the LED flash. The main camera is rumored to be a 50MP Sony sensor while the others are wide-angle and macro cameras.

The brand name of the smartphone is placed at the bottom of the back panel. The corners of the device appear to be rounded, and we expect the display to have a punch-hole design. iQOO has yet to reveal the front of the device. We expect a 6.6-inch or larger display on a smartphone along with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone’s battery is expected to be a large 5000mAh battery and is compatible with a 120W fast charger.

While there is no report on the color of the smartphone, we are pretty sure that it will be offered in orange (as the company has teased). Considering the fact that there is no side-mounted fingerprint sensor, the device will offer an under-display fingerprint reader. In terms of storage, the base version is expected to offer at least 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The top variant of Neo 7 may offer more RAM and 256 GB storage.
