iPhone Craze! Kerala man flies to Dubai to buy new iPhone 14 Pro

You must have heard many stories about the iPhone craze of some people or the unbelievable things they do to get a new iPhone model on the first day of sale.

Now, a new report has surfaced on the internet about such a crazy iPhone enthusiast in India. According to reports, a businessman in Kochi, Dheeraj Palliyil, traveled from Kochi to Dubai to buy the latest iPhone model before others in the country. He bought a brand new iPhone 14 Pro and became one of the first owners of the new iPhone model.

Dheeraj is said to have flown to Dubai on Thursday and purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro from a high-end reseller in Mirdif City Center in Dubai on Friday, around 7am IST.

He became the first of hundreds of people eagerly waiting outside the Apple store to buy the device.

This will be Dheeraj’s fourth visit to Dubai to be the first to buy a new iPhone version on the first day of sale. He also bought iPhone 12 and iPhone 13.

The 28-year-old apple enthusiast is the director of digital consulting firm Dare Picture. He spent around Rs 40,000 on airfare and visa fees to fly to Dubai. Just before the sale started in India, he bought the 512GB deep purple memory model of the new iPhone for around Rs 1,29,000.
