Gmail goes down for users globally including India

New Delhi: Gmail was down for users, including in India, on Saturday night as most of them complained about mail not being sent or received.

According to the Downdetector.com website outage tracking portal, most issues are related to receiving emails, aside from a failed connection.

Both the mobile and desktop versions of the app are affected worldwide.

Several people took to Twitter to report problems with Gmail.

“Is Gmail Down for everyone or is there something wrong with my account? I did not receive any mail,” one user tweeted.

Google has yet to comment on the cause of this global outage.
