The power of the new watch lies in the CZ Smart YouQ app, which allows users to understand and predict their own fatigue patterns and get recommendations on how to improve them for a healthy, sober lifestyle. and more rest, ZDNET reported.
The app also allows users to take a custom daily ‘Alert Monitor’ test to determine their perception.
The test itself is a consumer version of NASA’s Psychomotor Vigilance Test (PVT+), which assesses the mental acuity of astronauts.
“The latest CZ smartwatch is a game changer, bringing Citizen’s watchmaking heritage together with the best of NASA and IBM research and technology, directly to the wearer’s wrist.” Jeffrey Cohen, president of Citizen Watch America said.
The more wearers use the watch, the more CZ Smart YouQ will learn about them and will provide more accurate tips and predictions.
