St. Louis High School Shooting: 3 Killed, Including Suspect, Police Report
Three people were killed (one was a gunman) in a shooting at the Central School of Visual and Performing Arts in St. Louis, Missouri on Monday, October 24. Next to the shooter, Sheriff Mike Sack said that an adult woman and a teenage girl were killed in the shooting during a press conference. He also announced that eight more people were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The suspect has not been identified but is believed to be about 20 years old, each The New York Times. Police arrived at the scene of the shooting shortly after 9 a.m. Sack said police immediately entered the school as students ran out. He said they cleared the building as soon as they heard gunshots. He reported that no officers were injured in the shooting.
