The latter stole the show on Monday as she cheered her 40-year-old mother from the crowd, and her proud father wear a t-shirt with a photo of her in that moment as he stood solo in front of an audience during Serena’s final three-set competition with Ajla Tomlijanovic. The shirt was black and he paired it with a black denim jacket and a black baseball cap.

Although Serena was ultimately defeated that day, marking the end of her professional tennis career, the way Alexis honored both her and their adorable daughter was truly endearing. His expression during the competition also proved that he was fully invested in the event and showed his love for his wife in every possible way. The emotional day certainly proved for the books.

Before Alexis’ shirt received a lot of attention on Serena’s last day of appearance at the US Open, Olympia received a lot of attention at the start of Monday’s event. The little girl walked alongside her mother in a sparkly outfit and braided her hair as her mother enthusiastically cheered as she sat on a chair with her father.
