Mark Zuckerberg & Wife Priscilla Chan Expecting 3rd Child: ‘Lots of Love’

Congratulations Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan! Facebook founder, 38, and philanthropist, 37, announce they are pregnant with their third child! On his Instagram on Wednesday (September 21) Mark shared the good news with his 10 million followers by posting a sweet snap of the couple, who share a daughter and Maxima (Max), 6 and August5.

“Lots of love,” Mark wrote with a snap as he rested his hand on Priscilla’s growing baby bump. “Excited to share that Max and August will have a little sister next year!”

The tech giant and philanthropist started dating after meeting at Harvard University in 2003. In an interview with New Yorkers in 2010, Priscilla revealed she first ran into Mark at a party organized by his fraternity. “He was a nerd guy who was just out there a little bit,” she said. “I remember he had these beers that said ‘pound includes H-dotted beer.’ It’s a tag for C++. It’s like college humor but with the appeal of a computer science geek. “

The couple would later move in together in Palo Alto, California after college. In 2012, they surprised friends when they met in a private wedding disguised as a party to celebrate Priscilla’s medical school graduation.

Mark announced that Priscilla had given birth to their first daughter, Max, in a Facebook post in November 2015. “We are delighted to welcome our daughter Max into the world. Everyone is happy and healthy. Thank you for all your love and support throughout our pregnancy. There is so much joy in our little family,” he wrote.

Their second daughter, August, arrived in August 2017 with a message of support from her parents on Facebook. “You only get to be a kid once, so don’t spend it worrying too much about the future. You’ve got us for that, and we will do everything we can to make sure the world is a better place for you and all the children of your generation,” they wrote.
