Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Husband Perry Files For Divorce After 27 Years Of Marriage

Marjorie Taylor Greene48 years old and husband Perry Greene are going their separate ways. The congresswoman from Georgia’s spouse filed for divorce in court on September 27, according to TMZ. As soon as the report surfaced, he spoke to this newspaper to confirm and commend his ex-wife-to-be.

“Marjorie has been my best friend for the past 29 years and what a wonderful mom she is! Family is the most important thing we’ve done,” he said. “As we go on different paths, we will continue to focus on our 3 incredible children and their future endeavors and our friendship.”

Marjorie and Perry split after they got married back in August 1995. They married while she was still a student at the University of Georgia and went on to have three children, all over the age of 18. Regarding the unclear division, Perry has said that they were previously separated at the time of filing and that he wanted all of their assets and liabilities divided equally, in court documents.

At the same time Perry made comments about the divorce, so did Marjorie.
