Kourtney Kardashian & Travis Barker Buy $14.5 Million Beach House As 1st Home Together: Photos

Kourtney kardashian43 and Travis Barker46 years old officially bought their first home together! Newlyweds bought Conan O’BrienBeach house in Carpinteria, California for $14.5 million, according to TMZ. The sale took place on Friday, October 21, and the purchase price was $2 million below the price the home had been on the market since July, when it was originally listed. The location is super special for Kourtney and Travis, given it’s close to Santa Barbara, where they got engaged almost a year ago in October 2021.

According to the photo gallery provided by TMZ (see here), the 2,142-square-foot beachfront home features a spacious patio that leads directly to the beach. The deck had a table big enough to hold Kourtney, Travis, their six combined children, and then some. The indoor living space has an open concept design with a giant glass wall for stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and a wood-burning fireplace to keep the space cool and warm on chilly nights. The house also has some neat bells and whistles, including an outdoor shower and a Tesla charging station.

While the four-bedroom property is gorgeous, it looks like it will serve as a getaway from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles for the family rather than their main home. Travis and Kourtney still own their Calabasas mansion right down the street, and it will be a big transition for the couple as moving the two families into one home makes the typical Kardashian wardrobe look smaller. !

Earlier, an insider close to the happy couple revealed HollywoodLife that they would love to build their own personalized family nest together but in no hurry. “They are thinking of building their own home, which is going to be really special because they can together create a living space to suit their exact needs, with plenty of room for all the children. their one is comfortable and has its own bathroom,” the source told HL EXCLUSIVE in June. “This will be their forever home.” The “family home forever” needed to be large enough to accommodate Kourtney’s three children, Masontwelfth, Penelope10 and King7 years old and son of Travis Landon18 years old, his daughter Alabama16 years old and his stepdaughter Atiana23.

Travis also previously revealed his current whereabouts seem to be working fine for the time being. “I’ve had houses with lots of flashy cars, murals and bicycles hanging from the ceiling. But with three kids of my own, plus Kourtney’s kids, this place feels right for this moment in my life,” Blink 182 drummer explains to Architectural Notice in the May. “I want a home where I can rest and enjoy my family, a place where we can make memories.”

“Kourtney has a wonderful house a block from here,” he continued. “For now, I’m just going to convert the home studio into a downstairs room so that her kids can be comfortable here. In the future, I suppose we’ll just have to wait to find something better than what we have. Wherever we end up, we feel incredibly blessed and grateful. “
