Rise and crush! Kourtney kardashian got ready to work out in a new mirror selfie she shared on her Instagram Story on Monday, August 15. The TV star donned a black crop top and matching leggings perfect for when she’s standing in front of some exercise equipment, ready to work out.

In addition to her selfie, Kourt, 43, wrote a “good morning” message to her followers, and she shared a link to her Poosh website with some tips on getting your workout. The article is titled “How to Activate the Pelvic Floor to Optimize Your Workout.”

The exercise photo came out shortly after Kourtney set off to meet her husband Travis Barker, when he joins you and his collaborators Machine gun Kelly on some of his stops Main line selection tour. The reality star shared a series of photos with her new husband backstage at the show, as well as a few snaps of him drumming in some MGK songs. She’s not the only one enjoying the road. Travis commented on her post to talk about how excited he was to have her. “Life is better traveling with you,” he wrote. Kourt clearly enjoys being a “touring wife,” even enjoying the drummer’s 182 drum sessions, which Travis says is “his favorite time of day.”

In addition to her great workout looks, Kourtney has been having fun this summer and delivering a great look this summer. She spent a lot of time relaxing on the lake and going swimming, wearing sexy bodysuits while on the boat. The all-black look isn’t the only outfit she wears while giving fans some exercise tips. She posed in a leopard print bathing suit while sending fans some pilates arm exercises back in early August.

The reality TV star is clearly living her best life after marrying Travis in May. Earlier in the summer, a source close to her revealed that HollywoodLife only that she is in love with being his wife. They said: “Marrying Travis only strengthens the relationship she has with his children, and they are very happy to be a part of their wedding reception.
