Kim Kardashian bought a beautiful beach house in Malibu for $70 million, TMZ confirm. The house, which can be seen in the photos here, sits on a cliff overlooking the beach at ‘Bu. Interesting, Kim’s ex, Kanye Westcurrently in the process of renovating his own Malibu home, which is 14 miles from Kim’s new dig.

Kim’s new house has 4 bedrooms and 5.5 rooms. bathrooms, as well as great views from all sides of the house. There is also a swimming pool and beautiful views in the backyard. Meanwhile, Kanye still has a bit of work to do on his Malibu mansion, which was gutted during remodeling over the summer.
