Kenya Moore Reveals Her Divorce From Marc Daly Is At A ‘Standstill’ After Filing For Split In 2021

The RHOA the star said to Andy Cohen54 years old, that she is still legally married to her ex-partner, Marc Daly, after she filed for divorce in May 2021. “He’s not asking for anything at this point. It’s just a deadlock. So until we get a trial date or a settlement, it will continue,” Kenya said on the show.

But despite the ongoing divorce, Kenya has made it clear that she is single and ready to fit in! “I’m definitely on group dates and people are after me, but nothing serious yet,” she said. Kenya also tells Andy that her friends are trying to trap her! “People are flooding me with ‘Hey, my friend wants to see you,’” one person held out a hand. I just have that energy right now,” she added.

The separation of one’s mother for the first time took place in September 2019, according to Radar. Kenya and Marc were married on June 10, 2017 and called themselves divorced after two years of marriage. But shortly after their first breakup, the pair are working to reconcile before Kenya decides a romantic reunion is no longer on the cards. In May 2020, she told HollywoodLife about her and Marc’s future plans. “I just take it one step at a time. We have a lot of work to do and whether or not our marriage will survive and everything, only God knows.”

Since the second split, Kenyan founder Moore Hair Care has wanted to end her old relationship for good. In a May episode of See what happens live, she told Andy, “I feel like it’s been going on for years, too,” Moore said of the divorce. Then she added, “Help me for free! Set me free!”

Marc and Kenya share a daughter, Brooklyn Daly, 3, together. During her first COVID-19 quarantine in 2020, the Miss USA winner told us how she co-parented with her ex. “We did a great job,” said Kenya. “He’s in New York. We FaceTime him every day. She added. But by May 2021, things had clearly changed, as the TV personality also asked to be “in the sole care” of Marc of his daughter. Later in June of that year, Marc also responded to his own request for “general legal guardianship”, and still noted that he was fine with Kenya having “primary guardianship”. At the time of publication, it was not clear where the former couple had gone about the child custody agreement.
