Kendall and Kylie Jenner make their concern for Khloe kardashian known for their older sister Needle, and the founder of SKIMs relayed a message to her sister on the latest episode of The Kardashians, premieres on Hulu on Thursday, September 29. Kim, 41, mentioned to Khloe, 38, that she looks “very skinny,” as she’s been going through all the drama related ex Tristan Thompson’s paternity movie.

During the discussion, Kim explained that Kylie, 25, and Kendall, 26, mentioned their concerns about Khloe being too thin for her. “I’ll say Kendall and Kylie, it’s not like I’m trying to get to know them, but they texted me and said they’re a bit worried about you because you’re really skinny,” she told her sister. “And I said, ‘You’re completely entitled to be taken care of, but I’m telling you she’s fine.'”

While Khloe eased Kim’s worries, she revealed how “difficult” going through her breakup with Tristan, 31, in front of the camera. “We are not just a couple. We are really best friends. He’s my workout buddy. We did all of this together. And so learning how to undo all that, that takes time. Just because someone makes you dirty doesn’t mean you stop loving them right away,” she says.

In the same episode, it is also revealed that Tristan proposed to Khloe a year before the news of the paternity scandal broke in December 2021. Khloe revealed that she rejected him, because of her He was “not comfortable accepting this” at the time.
