Kaiis Steven & Kian William Jarrahy

Kaiis and Kian are twins and the youngest child of Geena and Reza. The two look-alike brothers were born in May 2004 and were 13 years old when their parents divorced. Although mostly unnoticed, like their older sister, they sometimes attend events with their famous mother. Kian made headlines at the 2022 Emmy Awards when he appeared at the event with Geena and happily posed on the carpet. He wears a cool suit without a tie and always has a smile on his face when he puts his arm around One Their own alliance star.
Geena has previously talked about adding twins to her family when they were born. “My daughters were two years old when they were born, so that means three kids under three at home. And I was worried because part of me thought, ‘can I love my son as much as I love my little girl?’ Of course, I do, and it’s really great. But it was overwhelming,” she said.
