Beyonce Is ‘Proud’ Of Solange As She Becomes 1st Black Woman To Compose For NY Ballet

Beyoncé just proved she’s a proud big girl when she compliments Solange for her groundbreaking work with the New York Ballet. The “Break My Soul” singer took to her Instagram on Sunday (October 2) to share a few snaps of her younger brother and congratulate her on becoming the first black woman to write for her. “My dear sister, there are no words to express the pride and admiration I have for you,” Beyonce wrote. “You are a visionary and one in one. Congratulations on being the first African-American woman to write for the New York City Ballet. The work you create is phenomenal. I love you deeply.”

The Grammy Award-winning superstar ended the message with a portion of the lyrics from the song “Cozy” from her new album Renaissance. “Maybe I advise you not to have sex with my sister.” Beyonce writes, which many fans believe has something to do with Solange allegedly protecting Beyonce during an altercation with Jay-Z in the famous elevator security clip.

While Beyonce is busy throwing a family celebration, the star also has some good news to toast. She is said to be getting ready for a world tour based on the new album! Page six reports that an official announcement can be “expected in the coming weeks” with a kick-start for Renaissance the tour will take place in early 2023.
