Alex Rodriguez Finally Breaks Silence After Ex Jennifer Lopez Marries Ben Affleck

Who’s talking to Chris Wallace? when the host asked about their April 2021 split. “I wish her and the kids, who are smart, beautiful and amazing – I wish them all the best,” Alex added in rare comments.

In the same interview, Wallace – who previously worked on FOX News – also asked Alex if he thought he was a “good husband” or that he “just likes to chase”. Retired Yankee was only married once to his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis from 2002 – 2008 – and outside of his relationship with Jennifer, he is known as a playboy. “I think when you look at my life…Sports Illustrated called me the top sports athlete in the country. At the age of 24, I got a $250 million contract – and I lost my way and became A-Rod. After the suspension, after a lot of therapy and a lot of work to [become] Alex Rodriguez [again]”- explains the difference between the two as “before” and “after suspension” from the tournament due to steroid use.

“Post suspension… I looked like a wonderful father, being a son, being a good friend, high character, loyalty – all of those things. In your 20s, early 30s, not so much. I think I will make a great husband, partner and father after the suspension because of the lessons learned from my mistakes,” he added.

Alex and Jennifer first started dating in 2017, their family showed to the world. Her Twins Max and Emme14 years old, developed a close relationship with his two daughters, Natasha17 and Ella14 years old, their romance of more than 4 years. The former MLB star questioned with a large emerald ring in 2019, however, the two have never appeared in the aisle: although the Italian wedding has been discussed several times by the two exes, but the plan was postponed several times due to COVID-19. However, after reports emerged, that Alex was involved in a DM relationship with Southern charm star Madison LeCroy, there seems to be trouble in heaven. The two split briefly before making up, breaking up just two weeks later.

Almost immediately after their engagement broke down, Jennifer and Ben made headlines when he was photographed stepping out of the singer’s SUV at the Bel-Air hotel. The duo, once known as “Bennifer”, shocked the world when they later brought what appeared to be a romantic getaway to Montana – finally confirming that they were back together in the following weeks. Ben re-proposed in April 2022 with a rare blue diamond – a year after they got back together – and legally married in Las Vegas in July of this year.

The couple celebrated their wedding with family and friends at Ben’s vast Riceboro, Georgia estate, about an hour from Savannah. She stunned in three separate Ralph Lauren couture gowns, including a classic high-pile design from him that she wore down the aisle. Ben and Jennifer said their vows were celebrated by Jay Shettywith only her twins and his three children Violet16, Seraphina13 and Samuel10, like a wedding party.
