Entertainer Rakhi Sawant received shocking news when she left Bigg Boss Marathi. Her mother, Jaya Sawant, had been ill for some time before being diagnosed with a brain tumor and cancer.

On Monday, Rakhi took to her Instagram account and updated her fans and followers that her mother was unwell and diagnosed with a Brain Tumor. She is currently admitted to Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital.

Sharing the post, Rakhi wrote the caption: “Mom is at the hospital. She is not praying well for her. Her boyfriend, Adil Khan Durrani, and brother, Rakesh, also appear in the video with her. Rakhi said, “Hello everyone, I joined Bigg Boss Marathi Season last night. My mother is not well, she is in the hospital. Please pray for her, she’s not feeling the best.”

“She is fighting cancer. We just learned that she has a cancerous brain tumor,” added Rakhi. Her video also shows a doctor at the hospital further explaining the severity of the condition. According to doctors, the cancer had spread to her lungs. This news touched not only Rakhi but also her followers on social media.
