Shankar to direct ‘Indian 2’, ‘RC15’ simultaneously

Chennai: Director Ace Shankar, who resumed work on his long-awaited ‘Indian 2’ on Wednesday, has made it clear that he will also be working on ‘Indian 2’, which features the actor at the same time. Kamal Haasan stars and his movie with Ram Charan, temporarily called #RC15.

Kamal Haasan announced to continue making the sequel to the blockbuster ‘Indian’ on Wednesday. Kamal, in his tweet, mentioned that filming for ‘Indian 2’ will begin in September. Although filming for the film has resumed from Wednesday, it is said that Kamal will be only joined the set in September.

In light of that situation, Shankar has now tweeted to clarify that he will be working on not only ‘Indian2’ but also ‘#RC15’ concurrently.

Shankar tweeted: “Hi everyone, ‘Indian 2’ and ‘#RC15’ will be filmed concurrently. Ready to shoot the next schedule of #RC15 from the first week of September in Hyderabad and Vizag! “

Actor Ram Charan responded to director Shankar’s tweet, saying: “Looking forward to seeing you soon on our set, sir. And glad to hear that ‘Indian2’ will be back in action soon. All the best!! “
