Mumbai: Bollywood star Ranveer Singh transforms into a real-life hero while holding a baby and protecting it from the crowd.
The video of him holding the baby went viral on social media. It happened while he was promoting the upcoming comedy “Cirkus”, directed by Rohit Shetty, at the Malad Masti event on the outskirts of Mumbai.
Ranveer noticed a child crying and being pushed in the crowd.
He picked up the child to protect him during the chaos and made sure he returned safely to his guardians.
A video of the gesture is winning hearts on social media.
“Ranveer is such a good soul that my heart can’t take it… What a gem!” one fan club wrote in the caption.
His upcoming film ‘Cirkus’ stars Ranveer in a dual role alongside Pooja Hegde, Jacqueline Fernandez and Varun Sharma. It also features special appearances by Deepika Padukone and Ajay Devgn.
‘Cirkus’ is based on the play ‘The Comedy of Error’ by William Shakespeare.
